TCPL Packaging Ltd has established a 50:50 joint venture with Helios MPPD

TCPL Packaging Ltd. has established a 50:50 joint venture with Helios MPPD B.V, a Dutch company specialising in the design and supply of state-of-art in-flight equipment, for the Indian market.

Helios is one of the two largest companies designing and supplying in-flight equipments for the airline industry worldwide.

The Indian joint venture company is called TCPL Helios India Private Limited and Operates out of TCPL offices in Mumbai
