Printing Systems

TCPL employs the latest in printing and conversion technology. The Silvassa plant is equipped with two web fed gravure printing machines capable to print upto 10 colours with inline die cutters and two six colour MAN Roland 700 sheet fed offset printing machines with in-line coating facility.

Of the the two offset printing machines, one is equipped with interdeck UV driers capable of printing on plastic and non-absorbent substrates.

Die-cutting

Silvassa plant is equipped with a number of state-of-art die cutters from Bobst with in-line stripping facility.

Folding & Glueing

Multiple lines of high speed folding and glueing facilities from Bobst equipped with crash lock bottom as well as 4/6 corner glueing facilities. The gluers are also equipped with hot melt and PUR adhesive capabilities.

Window Patching

Heiber & Schroder Window Patching machine

Litho Lamination

The plant is equipped with litho lamination facility and two single facers for output of "E" & "F" fluted liners.
